“Just received a e-mail at 14-07 saying driver made attempt to deliver. We are sat here. This is the third time they say they 've made an attempt. We have been in every time. We are going out tomorrow! Had enough of waiting in.”

“I paid £7 extra for next day delivery at 3pm on Wed 1st Feb, I received a notification from Hermes (their contractor) that it had been delivered and signed for on Friday 3rd which had not happened. I needed the bag by the 4th but had no way of dealing with it as Hermes said I had to contact Karrimor, and Karrimor said I had to contact Hermes (3hrs on phone to find that out). Finally the bag arrived on Monday 6th (5 days after ordering) and when I was already on holiday. I had to buy myself another bag before I left on the 3rd as a result.”
