“Order was split into two consignments one of which arrived OK the second of which appears to have been lost in space. The Hermes tracking system just lists this consignment as 'order placed'. So I have only half of the equipment ordered.”

“Ordered the Mount Mid Ladies Weathertite walking boots half price in the sale. They arrived today and I’m really pleased with them. They fit well and look very stylish. It will be interesting to see how well they wear and if they stay waterproof. I walk two dogs twice a day for several miles and wear put a pair of boots every six months. At the sale price I can’t complain!”

“Not to go on about the excellent and dependable Karrimor clothes of a previous age which drew me back to the company my recent experience was not entirely good. I tried Karrimor sizes in store and then ordered a jacket online. (The jacket I wanted wasn't available in store.) The jacket that arrived was no where near my size and I have had to return it, at my cost, for replacement to a larger size.”

“The Karrimor sandals are a lovely fit and are extremely comfy, they look good with shorts and jeans. I would definitely recommend these sandals !”

“The product was perfect, but I am very disappointed with the delivery driver!!!! There is a note on my window saying: do NOT leave any parcel/letter at my neighbour next door (preferred neighbour in front of me) because I have a lot of problems with her and he left the parcel at her house!!!!!!! She did a hole in the parcel and the box containing the product was broken. Not happy at all because of that! Apart from that issue, the product was amazing!”

“I ordered 3 shirts (2x Large, 1x medium). You accepted the order. You informed me later that the large size is no longer available = first thing went wrong. I requested you to cancel the complete order. You ignored my request and proceeded and sent me 1 shirt = second thing went wrong. In the end, I had to pay more than 5 pounds delivery fee to Germany for just one shirt. For me a really bad business case. Therefore, I will not consider Karrimor for future orders for my family anymore.”

“I love Karrimor products. I've been wearing them for years. Unfortunately the latest pair of trainers I've had delivered have a different colour to what I saw on the screen. I'll wear them until they wear out because I can't afford to pay return postage on something just because it's green not blue. But I am disappointed.”
