“I made a mistake and ordered two identical items however I asked to cancel one within half an hour of the order being placed. I was told this was not possible. The item was not shipped until 36 hours later amplease time for you to cancel the second item. Not happy!”

“So far it has been a very good experience, Karrimore have been very prompt and it had been a pleasant transaction, the site was easy to navigate intuitive and the selection was fantastic, prices were superb and the whole process up to now has been great, I would thoroughly recommend Karrimore and I am already thinkino of my next purchase.”

“If I had realised that Karrimor was connected to Sports Direct I would not have placed an order. I paid for delivery, the shoes were too small, I then paid to return them and am still waiting for the original postage to be refunded (which their website says they will do if the full order is returned). Telephoning them does not seem to be an option, so I am left feeling pretty annoyed with myself for bothering to do business with them.”

“the jacket has been put by for a christmas present but i bought her indoors one 2 years ago for takeing the dog out and she loves it but at the time i could not get my hands on the purple one so thought i would beat the rush happy days”

“The Sandals I received were very nice but too small. The price I paid was so cheap it isn't worth me returning them internationally. I will probably give them to a relative. Shame I would have liked them myself.”

“Nothing so far. The goods have not been delivered. The courier service has said they will deliver between 9am and 6pm. I have had to take a day off work to be home to accept the delivery. Taking a day off work means any savings I thought I had made have been erased.”
