“Hermes could not deliver parcel as I was at work. Spoke to courier who would not deliver to alternate local address, promised to deliver to a neighbour or local post office but did not do so. Apparently he does not deliver after early afternoon or weekends so if you work for a living you have no chance of receiving your items! I am really unhappy and looking for my refund so I can purchase the items elsewhere, really poor service from Hermes!”

Sa coupe et forme corresponds pour la morphologie d'un enfant, les bretelles sont beaucoup trop courtes, le sac à dos se trouve en haut sur mes épaules et il est impossible de le régler. Juste une information pour vous, ce sac fera un cadeau pour un enfant de la famille. Bien cordialement Didier MARLIER Cela me fait hésiter pour la suite de mes achats chez vous?”

“Karrimor isn't the problem it's Hermes. The karrimor product is excellent however Hemes the delivery company are appalling. I had a confirmation e mail that my parcel had been signed for when I knew this was impossible, the parcel had in fact been left under my car . This is unacceptable and could easily have been stolen.”
