“Two pairs of snow boots and a merrino wool base layer bottom were received. The anit-theft magnetic tag was left intact at the seam area between the elastic waistband and the main body. Also found that the magnetic tag metal stud had torn the base layer at the elastic waist band”

“I ordered a pair of running shoes which I already have, and know to be good. However, the pair that arrived was faulty, with soles detaching at the front; as if the shoes had been stored at +50 C heat and the glue had melted. To return/exchange, I had to pay the postage, even though the fault was not mine. I hope the new pair will be up to scratch!!”

The online process was easy to complete and I have been kept posted on the status of my order and the operational steps until the final delivery, which was fast and reliable (I live outside of the UK). “Excellent duffle bag - very similar in design and quality to the North Face version. The 40 litre size is ideal for aircraft carry on. I have the 70 litre one also which served me well around Asia for 3 1/2 weeks.”
