“Excellent service with regards to delivery. Order was placed with no hassle at all. Delivery was to Singapore and the agent used was DHL- reliable and efficient. Product sent was in an old looking plastic cover. Could have wrapped it more presentably.”

“Absolutely fantastic. I ordered some shoes from you and asked for next day delivery, the following day I had them. One thing I was very annoyed about was the delivery charge, it started off at £5.99 it said continue I clicked continue and the delivery charge went up to £6.99 with no explanation. The pair of shoes for my wife were the wrong size(not your fault) I ordered some more plus a couple of pairs for me, as before they came the next day. Please explain this extra delivery charge.!!!!”

“Shoes arrived and ordered as a replacement for my aging Hitec xtc sandals which gave me 6 years of mileage. On opening the box I was at first pleasantly surprised at the quality of the materials used to make the shoe. Sadly, this has a slide buckle fastener/tightener at the heal and comes loose quite quickly when walking normally around the house. This is disappointing! The shoe would have been better served with a velcro type fastener which would provide better heal support. I will now have to take these to my cobblers and have this fastener stitched in place. Overall rating 3/5.”

“Great shows, size 9 UK perfect fit for euro43 very light and comfortable and the colors are also great . its my first buy from karrimor and will probably buy again . Delivery by mail according to schedule UK to Portugal. I recommend it any time.thanks”

“I have one extra wide foot and also need a vibram sole, so I was SO disappointed that there was no adjustment over the ball of the foot area - so consequently too tight for me. Had to send them back. Sorry! And it is so difficult to find anything stlish with a Vibram sole...”

“Quick delivery, which would have scored 'very good', but unfortunately one of the items had the wrong size trainers in the box. They were size 5 in a size 6 box. I ordered size 6. Therefore, the rating is poor I'm afraid. I expect the return postage to be reimbursed.”
