“The service I received from Karrimor was excellent, from start to finish. However the coat I ordered was a little smaller than I had hoped. The extra small size was the only one available and presumably why it was so reasonable but I did check Karrimor's size chart and the measurements they gave were exactly right for me - I am normally a size 8. So although the coat is a little tight it will be fine as long as I wear a light garment underneath and I did have a real bargain. Thank you Janet Wain”

“Excellent service and product, brought online as could not find a stockist locally and really wanted Karrimor boots as they last well and are comfortable from day one of wearing. Next day delivery service was excellent and the boots arrived the next morning without any problems.”

“I ordered trekking boots online: nice looking and very reasonably priced. My normal shoe size is 5 but unfortunately the delivered pair is too small. I wanted to exchange them in a local Sports Direct shop, but was told at the till I need to pay extra £10.99. Returning by post would incur postal charges. Not sure this policy is exactly customer friendly although I have nothing bad to say about the actual product. Apart from that it is too small to be size 5.”

“Ideal belt for all occasions not only for walking trousers, I have one for each of my dark trousers, they are tough and easily adjustable to any size, simple clip lock and dose away with the 'old man' buckle, Love them wish they would do other colours”

“Em general the service and product is good. Even though an bought a big bag to travel the quality was a little poor, the zeeper did not close properly, and I have used it in just one trip. Is there any chance for this product to be replaced? thanks”

“Ordered new pair of shoes to replace well loved old pair. Same style and size. On arrival they are way too small. I am now out of pocket £10 on shipping cost because you can't keep sizing consistent. Last time I waste money shopping with you. Took my custom to mountain warehouse instead.”
