“I have always purchased Karrimor sandals, easy to wear, flexible and no weight at all in them. Great for wearing on a long walk. Ordering was easy and a choice of local pick up is good. Would highly recommend them.”

“Don't get me wrong, I love Karrimor products but the thing I am most disappointed in is - I paid for post & packaging, it states delivery is 5 - 7 days which was perfect as the shoes & jacket was for my husbands birthday but unfortunately they took 9 days to arrive! Guess who was the only family member to give my husband nothing on his actual birthday??!! Bad job Karrimor!”

“Appalling customer service. Received an email from Hermes advising parcel has been delivered and sign by customer, no one in the house was in at that time!!! And there was no card left to say which, if at all, neighbour it was delivered to. Rang Customer services number and receive a message saying "currently busy at the moment due to high volume of calls...goodbye". Really is a shame as the product looked good but I don't know how long it will be before I actually receive it!! Wanted it for my holiday tomorrow, not impressed!!!”

“I haven't worn it yet because it's 32 degrees, but I tried it on and it's great. the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't have an inside pocket. I was aware of this when I ordered it but it would have made it perfect”
