“Bought a pair of walking shoes which are great however I also bought the 'hunter' hat and even though it's l/xl its a pretty tight fit. I must have a xxl head I suppose.”

“The shoes were the wrong size. The box was for the correct size (7) but it contained the incorrect size (6). Really disappointed.”

“I'm very sorry! I cannot award any Stars at the moment;- I am awaiting a response to my "complaint" about the new pair of "Summit" Walking Shoes" which I bought, (to replace my last pair of "Summits", - which were superb!) Sadly, for reasons I do not understand, - the 'inner supports' have been changed dramatically and I know that these will NOT now be suitable for MY personal use; - there is just not sufficient 'arch support'. I have been promised a reply within 2 - 3 days, (which will end tomorrow.) I sincerely hope we can resolve this problem, as I rely heavily on 'my Karrimor Summit's'; - they are the ONLY shoes I can walk any distance in. - These will be my 3rd pair, in 5 years, - and at 80 years of age, I need all the help I can get!”

“Prompt international delivery to the USA. Shoes a narrow fit across the top of the foot.Would recommend half a size larger then usual. The box they arrived in looked like it had been chewed by an over-enthusiastic puppy, or perhaps because it was being shipped overseas they just used the tattiest one. But shoes arrived intact, which is the important thing.”

“Although we were happy with the product, there was no facility for stating where to leave the parcel if out, and it was left out in front of the garage, in full view of the road. It would help to be able to say where the parcel could be left. Thanks.”

“I purchased 4 Karrimor Aspen Tech shirts, just received today, my son has the same style shirts but a different brand and cheaper but thought I will get him something decent like Karrimor, he tried one shirt on and 30 minutes later the shirt started to snag and fall apart, sending them all back. Extremely disappointed with Karrimor's quality, in the past I have purchased Karrimor bags, hiking shoes and jackets but recently the quality of your hiking shoes were the first to disappoint me and now the shirts, I have lost all faith in the quality of your brand! Sorry but you have just lost a loyal Karrimor customer, time to look at other brands with better quality that lasts!”

“Website well designed for consumers to select from all the available products but I would have liked more prominent info describing the differences between the different type of trainers - spent much time filtering my size/colour THEN had to decide whether I should choose Trail or Running type of sole. So yeah, it's great for me that Karrimore do size 6.5 (so damn hard to find on the high street) but regrettably (still faced with somewhat limited choice of colors for my size) I opted for Trail - not so good for bike or car pedals. Also it would be nice if website informed of any spec differences between men & women models.”
