“I would like to bring to your attention the poor state of the sandals I received. The box looks like it has been knocked around quite a lot and has a puncture in it. What concerned me the most was the strange mould on one of the sandals. (picture attached).”

“I have orderd 2 shirts in size medium. acording to the size chart i have messured my sizes. the shirt with zipper is good but de black one is way to big more like large. I hope that there is a solution”

“I ordered a pair of walking shoes and though the correct size, the fit was uncomfortable. Since the reruns information States that returns are paid for by the customer, I decied to take it to my local Sports Direct store. The store manager informed me that the policy is not to offer refunds but he would have been happy to facilitate an exchange which i didn't want. This was bad enough but my biggest complaint was his advice to TELEPHONE for a free returns form. When he gave me that information he must have known that it is not possible to ring the company since there is a number is not on the invoice or the website. I am extremely disappointed by the company's unhelpful policy and the lack of integrity of its staff.”

“I've weared and teared my rucksack from Karrimor for more than 20 years. Many trips; interrailing, hiking in Dolomites, Austria, Sarek and other mountains. It has served me well and I've always praised it, Karrimor not beeing so frequent by hiking friends, but more so due to my reference. Last tour, a couple of months ago in Swedish Åre I decided to let it retire. I don't trust the weave, seams for another adventure. It was a Jaguar 65 litres, cerise-cold green-grey. Sad, but memories are bright. So, now I got myself a new one, a munro. I hope it will stay, expectation is high. Though, it is a bit heavy. I go light with all my other equipment, food solutions etc. And my son, just turned 12 got himself an alpine rucksack. He seems happy. And can come along now, in style.”
