“The products were received as described and fits well. only problem was the delivery charge even when collected from a stockist store Most companies attach a free returns lable otherwise most satisfied”

“My order was easy to do and I was kept in touch as to how my order was progressing. It was delivered to Sports Direct so it was easy to collect. My order arrived and everything was inside the packaging. Excellent this was my second time ordering from Karrimor. I will order again and have no hesitation in recommending Karrimor or their products.”

“Very nice sandals. I ordered two pairs. One pair are fine but the second pair are not as one of them is definitely slightly longer than the other and I have to pay to send them back.”

“"Both pairs of sandals are good, but one pair ( raspberry colour) are not as good as one of the sandals is definitely slightly longer than the other and so I have got to PAY to send them back, which I'm not very happy about. I collected them from Sports Direct who were useless. I like Karrimor footwear so am very surprised that they're not perfect. "”

“I have my grandson visiting us he decided to buy a jacket which gave us two options next day delivery at a charge or delivery on Thursday 30th of august. He opted for the Thursday delivery to save money he is 14years old, he chose delivery to sports direct. We went to sports direct yesterday and were told they don't have deliveries on Thursdays the manager checked the reference number and the item has not been released yet, my grandson returns home to St Helens today. Two telephone calls made to help line to be told lines busy”

“I am pleased with the Tobago sandals. They are comfortable and look good. However, the front of my foot would feel more secure if they had a toe post, then they'd be perfect!”

“I was basically purchasing more of what I had bought in Sports Direct stores, so I knew the quality of fit and finish would be good, and it is.The collect in store service was ideal for me. Highly recommended, overall customer service brilliant.”
