“The item I ordered was fine, exactly as described and well, but I paid extra to have quick delivery, promised arrival on Wednesday, but it only actually got delivered on Thursday, which is only 1 day sooner than standard delivery - disappointing and a waste of money”

Your walking boots are well structured and manufactured to the highest standards, not only do they 'step up' to the job they were intended for they look stylish too but let's say something about the fit...they are the sort of boot you can put on ang go!! No painstaking wearing in they are that good!!! I'm so impressed I bought an identical pair!! I've walked for miles on the hard chalky downs of salisbury plain to bounding through the boggy peaty areas on Dartmoor! I've also worn them with jeans whilst shopping! They stand up to the job and look great... I can also get my prescription insoles inside easily ...a great boot love them 😊”

“I have to say that this automated email cancelling one item is not very customer focused. It could have said "we are rally sorry Mr Puffer, but our stock levels are low and at this time we are unable to process your order in full. Would you like us to cancel the order, or hold it in our system until stock becomes available?"”
