“As with most on-line operations, you hide behind a wall of obfuscation when something goes wrong. My order has not been delivered, your carrier is ignoring the fact, you have been paid so the effort level drops. What the hell, he's only a bloody customer !!”

“Ordering my Karrimor DUMA 2 Running Shoes was easy and they were delivered quickly! This is my second pair of the same shoes; they're both cheap and excellent quality and so I can't see any reason to change!”

“Address label was wrong and the courier had to send the parcel back to yourselves to re-label which resulted in us paying for a wasted "next day service charge". The original label read :- James and then the post code KA4 8PA. Now, I know that these couriers are quite smart people but how was he supposed to deliver a parcel with only that amount of info on it. As a result, he had to send it back to Karrimor which resulted in a parcel for next day delivery arriving 2 working days later. Not a good impression for a first time user of your service. “These are shoes a little cramped in the toe area, more like a running shoe than outdoors walking in this respect. Hopefull break in will help to soften this. The D30 cushioning already feels great within minutes,just like vibram if not better.”

“was quite taken aback after I purchased something from Karrimor to receive a receipt from Sports Direct. I had seen nothing about Karrimor being part of Sports Direct on the website until afterwards when I went looking for it and found it in the terms and conditions. Felt duped. I'll be more careful next time as I don't like to buy from Sports Direct, and the fact that there was no clear mention of them on the website, goes further to make me mistrust the company.”
