“Next day delivery paid for, but didn't arrive! What's the point of next day delivery if it turns up after 2 days? Disappointed, to say the least!”

“Karrimor Summit walking shoes are virtually indestructible. I always buy them as other brands only last me 4 or 5 months. I walk everywhere and clock up serious mileage every week. Karrimor Summit shoes can last me almost a year (3 times longer than other brands). Other makes simply fall apart before the sole expires but any amount of abuse will not shorten the life of these shoes.”

“The delivery to Sports Direct in Hounslow was perfectly executed - I ordered my product late afternoon and by 8am the following morning (a Sunday) had already received an email to say that it had been delivered to the store. Very efficient. Entering Sports Direct on a Sunday, however, was like entering Hades....”

“I cant fault the service regarding postage. Sadly though, when i wore the walking boots, i walked through long grass and the left one leaked, despite the boots being waterproof. Made for a very uncomfortable long walk. To be fair, i have not yet had chance to contact Karrimor to give them opportunity to rectify this”

“Ordered shorts and t shirt in medium arrived quickly had to pay £5 delivery shorts right size tshirt was 2 size to big and you have to pay again to send it back that's just a rip off why can you not just take it back to sports direct where I collected it from I took my son to sports direct the next day and he needed X small vest the medium gone in the bin”

“I've known about the Karrimor brand and it quality, good prices and customer service for years so when my wife and I were in the market for small wheeled backpacks for overnight/weekends away I knew Karrimor would have what I wanted. We are now the proud owners of two Transit 40 wheeled backpacks. I know the packs will last for years and they're just the right size. Couldn't be happier.”

“We ordered 4 items and one was out of stock and I think you should have offered me a substitute. Instead you informed me once the red items had left so when I ordered a more of less identical item I had to pay a second postage. Sorry that annoyed me to pay £10 postage for 4 items.”

“have the jaguar 65+25 used for 6 weekends in row. thats both camping and hiking very comfordable and lightweight took a lot of abuse and no faults stayed dry. carried everything i needed with room to spare.”
