“I have received a link to review the service before I have received the order I placed a week ago. I have a tracking number that hasn't been updated so am none the wiser to where my order is!”

“Paid for next day delivery, came 2 days late!! Sent TWO EMAILS asking for my order and stating I paid for NEXT DAY delivery and still not had a reply???? So service is terrible, customer service is terrible, delivery appalling!”

“I ordered two different items. They arrived one day after the other .It's a pity that they couldn't have come in one package thus saving plastic bags and polution from the courier service van who had to do the same journey twice .However the articles arrived well and with no problems.”

“I like Karrimor shoes very much(which I discovered few yrs ago accidentially). I think I'm order soon another pair. The only thing I'm concerned is DHL service for Republic of Ireland. In Athlone where I live there is no DHL depot anymore. And DHL operates only during normal working hours. So if that happens I'm not at home it is easy to miss them, and then I would need to do about 250 miles back and fro to collect my parcel from Dublin Depot.”

“I bought three pairs of walking shoes. These arrived quickly and each pair fits well and has an excellent build quality. (They also look pretty cool too.) All in all what I bought has been great value for money. Well done Karrimor!”

“My second pair of karrimor (from 2004).My current Hi Tech waterproof boots have failed so replaced with yours. They will be tested in Honduras in 6 weeks time.”

“Incorrect size sent. Cardboard label shows requested size (14L). But sewn in size at back of collar shows 12!. Now have to mess about returning it and having to wait. What about the cost of returning it for an issue that was not my fault?”
