“Having originally ordered the incorrect size, I had to post my coat back for a swap. I was very pleased with the service. My coat was sent back to the shop and I rwcieved the correct size within a week. I also received emails and texts which kept me in touch with the stages of this process. :-)”

“still waiting for email to say if my order has been collected by courier and phone number for shop is not obtainable to see if I can go to pick up the order - so over 10 days after order placed I'm less than impressed”

“Karimore aka Sports direct despatched order promptly, unfortunately the whole process was let down by the astonishingly bad choice of delivery courier - aka YODEL. If I had known it would be delivered by YODEL I would have chosen an alternative vendor. I picked next day delivery and am still awaiting delivery (the yodel site says it been out for delivery for > 24 hours)”

“I opted for in-store delivery at Lillywhites. Was sent to the 4th floor in the first instance. However, I was shunted from one person to another and an endless wait (seemed like a punishment), this was after the floor manager himself asked to stand in line at the till, and the checkout guy then asked for the floor manager to attend to the case and he told me to move away from the till. The floor manager then asked for another person to serve me as he did not want to. When I pointed out in the first place that it was he who asked me to wait in line at the till. He then made a very unprofessional remark against his colleague/junior saying that the guy did not know anything and worked part-time. I think they were making fun of me. Paper ran out at the till and the receipt and £5 voucher did not get printed. I was handed 2 A4 sheets of paper, one purportedly containing the voucher, no barcode on it. Lesson learned: Never more am I going to shop at LW, nor ask for a click-and-collect at LW.”

“Needed new light weight boots and trousers as existing pairs simply worn out. Needed them in a hurry as usual as i had left it too late, and I by chance came across the Karrimor web site and found real quality and value for money and also had delivery in a jiffy. Its like they said ;on the tin; - very pleased and will need another pair of the same trousers as my others are a disgrace. Its really nic eto report good news for a change.”
