“Paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery, waited in all day, but it never arrived. As such, I had a 48 hr expedition planned for the following day without a rucksack. I have tried to get in touch with someone from Karrimor numerous times, but no one has responded. I've been a lifelong customer of Katrine, but I would rather shop elsewhere from no on.”
