“Buying online is a bit of a lottery, I would have been very disappointed with the size guide had I been slightly bigger (I have a 30 inch waist the guide says that a small fits 30/32 inch waist, they only just fit me). The delivery company you used for me, Yodel, was awful. I was away for a week and was not at home when the delivery was made. Yodel sent me an email telling me that my package had been safely left with a neighbour and a card had been put through my door telling me who it was. When I arrived home a week later there was no card and when my neighbour brought the package round she told me she had seen it left on the doorstep for anyone to see and took it in for me. Shame Yodel had to lie.”

“Good footwear for the money. Bit narrow or maybe my feet are wide? Bought for mountain hikes and some scrambling, they look like they will give good friction on rock and have a nice stiff toe section. Delivery to local store was quick, pick up was simple and I got a fiver off next in store purchase thrown in too!”

“my parcel was delivered to Yodel's local base almost 36 hrs before delivery. They obviously delay delivery to get you to pay more next time. The tracking website is no use on my iPhone because a persistent chat window covers half the screen and I can't get rid of it.”

“Got two packs with completely different fabrics than the photos in the shop-pictures suggested. Support took three days to reply at first and is now not responding anymore at all since I want to return the packs. Very bad guys, very bad!”

“Pleasantly surprised at the simplicity of the Web site. Product descriptors and pictures were very good. Purchases arrived by lunch time the next day and left in the designated safe place.
