“For the second time, tracking shows my purchase arriving to Ohio, then being returned to you. I don't understand why this keeps happening. The address provided is a US Army base in Korea, and I have received a pair once before, however twice from ordering using Sports Direct and using you, the items have been returned. Can you explain what is the issue?”

“The process was easy and delivery was within a week which was great. Products quality is good however my white snow boots have two pen marks on them. They are small but noticeable straight away on unpacking. It's not feasible to return them from Australia but it was a bit disappointing. I will have to try and clean them off.”

“Stumbled upon the karrimor brand while watching a travel video. I live in Texas, so I knew that ordering a back all the way from the UK would be taking a risk, but I took one anyway. I'm happy to say that not only was I pleased with the service but I was pleased with the my purchase as well! Wonderful company.”

“Excellent and easy to use website. Found what I needed straightaway and given the option to collect my order at a store of my choice. The trainers I needed were on offer which was an excellent bonus so bought two pairs! I was kept updated through every step of my order as well so knew exactly when my items were ready to collect, plus the stores opening times, and even got a £5 voucher to use instore! Really good job, thank you!”

“Excellent quality at a great price, just a pity that the website showed products I wanted but on receipt of acknowledgement one item was temporarily out of stock. There was no offer to send it later (with free delivery !).”

“The website and offers on the site were very good, the order process was very easy and understandable, my only slight issue was that on the delivery it would cost me £4.99 for home delivery (which is fine) so thought I would collect in store which was a sports direct and still had to pay for delivery, I feel this option as seems to be the norm with other websites should be free. The products were as discribed and very good. Overall a very good process, the delivery was quick and easy to collect.”

“I have wrongly placed one of the items in my order. So I have sent out two requests immediately to change it, one by email and one by website. No response was received until the shopping order was sent out. I understand that your policy stated that no change could be made if the order was made. But I was requesting just the minute after my order, I dont think there is much difficulties to change the item for me or simply help me cancel my order. The price on your website is great but I totally cannot accept your service quality.”

“This bag and side pouches seem very well made and durable. I got the bag for bushcraft and general use outdoors but if you take the side pouches off its great to use as hand luggage while travelling too. I don't doubt this bag will have enough room for everything an organised bushcraft enthusiast will need to bring while in the field for at least a week (if you have the side pouches and the right gear of course) happy with my purchase and will come in handy.”

“Yodel did not leave a card to say where the parcel had been left. They told me I had signed for the parcel and I hadn't. Eventually found the parcel hidden in front porch. On opening the parcel I then found that the sole on the left shoe had not been stuck down properly. Therefore I have to return the shoes at my expense, which Inhope will be refunded and need a replacement pair to take on holiday next week. A very disappointing purchase.”
