“I have rated poor and good as I usually buy from karrimor and their goods are fine good even but this time the pair that cost 35 pounds had clearly visible glue marks on the front that I didn't want to have to hassle to send back so applied permanent marker to them to hide it, the other pair were perfect.”

“Goods delivered swiftly, but sizing appears wrong. Far too big. No phone help available, so emailed for help and auto-response came back from Sports direct saying we'll get back to you in 1 to 3 days! Still waiting and not happy at having to deal via Sports Direct....”

“Easy online ordering. Good delivery service. No problems with clothing purchased as yet, however footwear has. Sole of walking shoe split. Previous hiking boot - sole came away from leather upper. Recent hiking boot - lace eyelet came away from leather. All with light careful usage.”

“Good style and good quality. But some comments would like to make, the size of the jacket made me so confuse. I had bought 2 female jacket, both are size 14. But one of them is more bigger then the other. I think one of them is so larger for me. So would you pls show customer the correct size for different style of items?”

“Karrimor 3in1 Jacket Jn00 Charcoal Size Age13 (XLB) Very pleased with this boys waterproof jacket - can be worn as just a waterproof jacket or with the inside fleece jacket for extra warmth. The waterproof jacket is thicker than some other very thin jackets which I was happy with. My 13 year old son was happy with the style and fit. This jacket is mainly dark grey but has some nice red detailing, but not too obvious. Bought for a DofE weekend, so ordered on next day delivery and the jacket arrived nicely on time. Many thanks.”

“I love the Phantom waterproof trousers and have bought a pair previously for industrial use in Rope Access/Contruction work. They are extremely durable and are one of the best in their price range. I'm still waiting on my online order to arrive in store for collection but for some reason the web page billed me for delivery charge too? It's been 3 full working days and still no news of so called "delivery" in my local sports direct store?”
