“Needed a replacement pair of walking shoes to replace my old pair of Karrimor Summit shoes after two year's use. I picked the same style which do the job I need them for. I find they do take some bedding in as the uppers are stiff around the ankle bones but once worn in they fit very comfortably. Good for the price.”

“I paid 4.99 for delivery to sports direct, picked the trainers up and when I got home I found two different trainers in the box. One trainer was also dirty. I now don't have the running shoes I need for next week and will not get a refund until I have returned the trainers. I also have to pay for return postage at my own cost so I am paying around £10 for someone else's mistake and being inconvenienced as well. The box should have been properly checked. I love Karrimor products but I would be reluctant to buy online again after this experience”

“Previously I have been impressed with your product, this time even though its the same range the quality has changed and the cut and sewn elements have had reductions around arm ends making the fit too tight for muscles to fit (don't have huge muscles) so sadly Karrimor has left me feeling less happy. The packaging was a bit rough things meant to be in bags inside the main bag, where not and then the labelling 70% off all over it, this is not required, is it! The material is much thinner than my last set, I think it will not last as long, which is a shame. Going to need to re-think where to shop next time. Also, delivery to a store, you still charge for that, this is poor form, most charge for direct to door, but to a store! (mmmm)”

“very pleased with jacket, however I didn't receive it next day as I had paid for. the following day Yodel obviously came but left no information. yodel are not a very efficient company and I can say that I have had problems with them before with other deliveries.”

“I didn't know the order was processed through Sports Direct. I am still waiting on the order being collected from the warehouse - it is STILL showing as 'PROCESSED'. Has been like that since Monday. Now have to go shopping today - for all the items I ordered. VERY UNHAPPY. The order may or may not arrive today or tomorrow - my emails have not been answered so I have no idea where my order is.”
