“Order KARR40000029875608. Item 446056/74/430 Sierra Jacket Aubergine 14(L) No goods were delivered despite waiting in all day on the nominated date of delivery (27/9/16) and after being sent an email indicating they would arrive by 7pm. There was no option from the couriers Yodel to discuss why they had not arrived nor any contact telephone number or complaints email address to find out why. Just a response to say get back to your supplier as the goods may have been damaged or not signed for. The latter is nonsense as we waited in all day. There is also no contact email address or telephone number for you on the website. Maybe this failure should be redirected to others for advice on not what to do as a business.”

“Karrimor product as described. Despatched speedily. Security tag still on, so as I was due to travel made the bag unusable. Hence, needed to send back. Quality still good, but not quite the same materials and quality as a 'Hot Rock' of 20 years ago.”

“Karrimor clothes are really ok, nice materials and good quality. Unfortunately backpack ( hand hold broke off before first trip) and Hydration Bladder (water taste plastic even after few hours of washing) are far below expectations.”

“I've purchased on-line form Karrimor on several occasions. Each time the goods have come up to expectations, although a pair of shorts bought in a sale and labelled medium were closer to small, but just large enough. Quality compares with what's available elsewhere and always good value for the price.”
