“i think there is an error with the rucksack i ordered, because on the product info in the web site said that the Karrimor Jura 35 Rucksack the raincover was included, and the rucksack i recived there is no raincover.”

“The products are fine, but you no longer show customer reviews of individual products. I also noticed that the bill was paid to Sportsdirect. I do not wish to use that unethical company. I will no longer be using your services as a result. People are more important than pure profit.”

“Second time I ordered karrimor boots, first delivery I received a 4 left boot and 5 right boot, so sent them back , ordered a different boot a Valerie II snowboot, and the left boot has had someone write over the size and say its a 5 boot when clearly its not you can see underneath it was labelled as a 4, the right boot again is a 5, these have now been sent back at my cost again!!! last time I buy your products. No telephone number to call and the website does its utmost to divert you from calling by referring you to FAQs pages. POOR”
