“The Karrimor delivery is so efficient. I ordered shoes online from my holiday in Spain on thursday night and they arrived first thing saturday morning before i did. The driver put them somewhere safe so i didn't have to chase them up for another delivery.”

“Products that do exactly what they say they will. Great quality, great choices of designs, colour etc. No matter how little or much outdoor stuff you do Karrimor won't let you down. Recently bought a Velcro walking sandal something I'd never had before and never wanted but I'd broken a toe. Once I could bear something touching the top of my toe, the sandal offered support and comfort. I'm a convert.”

“Would love to give a better rating but unfortunately as long as Kartimor use YODEL they will always be providing a third rate online service due to Yodel's consistent laziness and incompetency. Not the first time I've been subject to their atrocious service and I'm certain it won't be the last. From an email asking me to call/text the driver with any issues, discovering the phone number didn't work to finally getting a status on the website to tell me they couldn't gain access to my place of work (BIG company, BIG compound with a buzzer system that DPD, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS etc use on a daily basis with no issues - YODEL driver was just LAZY) to an automated telephone system which told me they couldn't deliver and asked me if I'd like to schedule a redelivery then denied me the option stating I couldn't make that request because they hadn't attempted delivery yet. I had paid extra for next day delivery which of course I didn't get due to YODEL'S driver being as much use to Karrimor and me as an ashtray on a motorcycle. Thoroughly fed up, and will neither use again nor recommend to anyone else.”

“Just spent 10 days motorcycle camping using the panther 2 tent, amazed at the quality for the money this tent offers. I'm 6ft 2 with good room for me. So impressed going to buy bobcat 2 tent also. PS camping in Scotland so had some rain.”

“Very good service and high quality shoes. Also a very fast delivery service. Giving 4 because the delivery charge is kinda high and they really need to include a carry handle in the packaging because it's awkward trying to carry a sealed box of shoes when you haven't been able to buy a 5p bag upon collection due to buying online.”
