“Arrived with a faulty/damaged zip. Very disappointed. No clear guidelines on returns. I took it to a sports direct store to be told I couldn't return it there. (52 mile round trip!) then had to take a 16 mile round trip to my closest post office to return it. Will NEVER purchase from you again. Extremely disappointed”
