“Had problems when ordering a 'stock' item which turned out to be out of stock but when phoning the problem was resolved very quickly and a refund given which, was acceptable. We have since ordered more items from Karrimor.”

“I sought out a Karrimor Rucksack to replace my old maroon Jura 25 which although still functional was finally showing its age. I originally purchased a Summit 30 online. OK for £9.99,but a bit too simple for what wanted. I then purchased an Urban 30 and Sierra 10 at Sports Direct. Again both reasonable value for the price paid. But I don't think that any of them will take the stick my original Jura has.”

“I ordered 6items and paid extra for next day delivery. When the package arrived it had been opened and resealed with packing tape. She I opened it there was a jacket missing, I tried to find a phone number to contact them urgently (my son was due to go on a camping trip with college) but could not locate one. I tried to reply to the email they sent me but it was a no reply email address. I ended up having to go back to my original order website and send a message from there but have still not heard anything which means I am going to have to take my son and buy a jacket. I am very unhappy about the after purchase service. The fact that there is no obvious contact upon delivery is terrible.”

“Hermes, the delivery company claim to have delivered my order, but have not. Hermes don't deal directly with retail customers: you have to deal with delivery problems through the retailer. I consider Karrimor responsible for this since they choose the delivery company, and don't say who it is in advance. I've contacted Karrimor, and a bot has told me I can expect a response in 1-3 days. There's no phone number and no other way to escalate.”
