“I can not get Karrimor in the US and needed to replace my faithful rucksack as it's seen some action and 'been through the wars'. I went to the website and ordered a replacement towards the end of last week and it arrived this morning (afternoon in England)!! My order was filled immediately, and sent out promptly - absolutely awesome service!! It's different to the kind I had before, and it's still roomy; and (unlike my old one) this one has extra pockets for pens, receipts, small change, &c. I love that the main pocket is divided for separating things like writing pads or books. I'm always carrying my handbag, and my lunch, AND whatever else I need each day for work and appointments.”

“The price is very reasonable during sale. Quality is excellent. Will definitely visit the website again for another purchase. One thing is questionable. The purchase with shipping to non-EU is expected to be ex-VAT (tax free) but it seems not at karrimor.com. However, this is supposed to be common according to my experience on other UK websites, for example wiggle.co.uk and chainreactioncycles.com.”

“I have ordered a rucksack to be collected from the Sports Direct store in Hounslow. I have received the email that the item is ready for collection after 2 days! Was expecting to wait much longer and this was a nice surprise! I went to collect the item in the store and was served by a really nice lady, who seemed to be still in training but greeted me with a smile and processed everything quickly and smoothly! I also received a £5 voucher to use in the store what tempted me to do some more shopping. Thanks Karrimor, I will do shop with you again for sure!”
