“I ordered a waterproof jacket that was meant to be 2 colours instead I got what looked like a cheap olive green jacket stuffed into the packaging. I have returned it and requested a full refund but to add insult to injury I have to pay for the return postage”

“Package arrived exactly when it was expected. On opening the parcel the package was badly damaged and looked like it had been already opened. This just gives such a bad impression of your products, which are usually good value. On examining the item there was no battery inserted in the product. To be fair the package says 12 month battery life. But doesn't specifically say battery included. Although I would expect it to include a relatively inexpensive battery. This is the first bad experience I've had with karrimor who are usually good value. Thanks.”

“The products on offering and delivery was very satisfactory. The only thing is that the bag that I ordered was a little smaller than expected, therefore it would be nice to see some pictures where the bag size can be derived from. Other than that very satisfied.”

“Ordering was simple and option to collect in store was very helpful. Delivery was fast and email communication sufficient. The product was excellent when it arrived, so very happy. It would be nice to have the option to return an item via a store that did not incur return postage fees. I don't think I would be so happy if I had to return the product for any reason and have to pay to return it.”
