“Bought myself a pair of ladies walking boots last year (cheviot) which are great - waterproof etc...very happy with them. This time, I have purchased a pair of men's hiking sandals - so far so good - husband really pleased with them! Good value for good quality. Will buy this brand again and would recommend to others”

“You emailed to let me know that Hermes had collected the order and would deliver last week. On Tuesday this week, you emailed to say that Hermes had been unable to deliver the order and so I would be refunded. There is no evidence that Hermes attempted to make the delivery and the delivery address is always open during extended business hours. So I have not received the order. Very poor service.”

“The rucksack I bought was fine and arrived very quickly. The only negative I have is that the delivery charges were a bit over the top at £4.99 as the parcel didn't weigh much at all and was quite compact.”

“You ask me to review the boots I purchased...I don't know what the boots are like as I am still waiting on them being delivered...and it's 4.30 in the afternoon even though they have been with courier since before 11am....WHAT a waste of my day off, sitting in waiting on a delivery!”

“unfortunately the size of the shorts I ordered was no longer correct : instead of "L" as on the label of my previous shorts it now seems to have changed to 2XL ! so I have the send the items back for exchange of the correct size, I will come back to you after that has been done best dieter zangs”
