“The online purchase experience was easy and delivery to a near by store was convenient. I wore my new waterproof trail trainers today after a night of heavy rain, so a great test. I ran through mud and deep puddles and didn't slip once (happy days!) and when I got home was flabbergasted to see that my socks were bone dry! A fantastic product from a trusted brand.”

“I bought a 3 in 1 Men Jacket(M) and the UK size is not precise for me(Asian) to get the reference, it's too too large. I will not return or exchange because of the shipping cost, the cost can let me buy a new one...maybe this is the last time for me to online shop your company's good.”

“I ordered my item on 29/12/17 and paid extra to have it delivered by 3/1/18. It is now 9/1/18 and I have still not received it. I looked for a contact number on thr website but nothing to be found. I have emailed and heard nothing back. Terrible service, will never buy from here again.”

“I ordered a hot crag insulated jacket which i'm going to send back for refund as the stitching is very poor quality and has don't been manufactured well or quality checked - so i'm not impressed. Plus i now have to spend money on post to return this poor quality item”

“I was happy with my jacket it’s a great fit and warm but after taken tags off today I notice two small holes on the back of jacket before I put it on this afternoon I am bit disappointed and wondering why a new jacket been sent out like this and is there anything you can do about it please many thanks Andy Please email if anything can be done”
