“I am still waiting for an email back regarding a pair of faulty boots that I purchased. There is no invoice slip, just a sticker with a barcode on. Is that the return slip?”

“You cancelled part of my order as it was out of stock and didn't give me the option to cancel the rest or change the order. It cost me £6 for delivery so I wanted to make that worthwhile by ordering two pairs of running tights. If you're going to change an order you should let customers know. Also, I wasn't aware that this comes from sports direct not Karrimor. I wouldn't have ordered online if I'd have known this. The product is very good I have no issues with that.”

“I bought a pair of walking shoes online and collected from Sports Direct. Unfortunately they were too tight, but I was able to find a different pair (Mount Low 8)in exchange which are a great fit - as usual.”

“This is the 3rd lot of Karrimor marino wool mix socks ive bought. Can only say best socks ive ever had ,warm comfy wash really well even old socks still look like new. Better than more expensive socks ive got.will probably end up with all Karrimor socks for winter use. Will next try light weight socks. Thanks”

“You made me happy by sending me my order BUT sadly Hermes have not delivered!! They sent me an email telling me it had been delivered but whilst I was in there was no ring on the bell or any person trying to deliver my Karrimor parcel! I have complained but am yet to receive a reply.”

“The ordering process is ridiculous. You get a confirmation of making an order but, it doesn't mean the order is processed. About a week or so after making an order, I still hadn't received a confirmation that the order would be processed. I had to follow up with customer service and a couple of working days after I sent that email my order was processed. I feel that if I had not sent an email asking when my order would be processed, it would still be sitting there. Before this is blamed on lack of staff because of not being able to use zero-hour contract labour - it has nothing to do with this. It is not because of labour issues, it is because you need better logistics and organisation and you need to invest in this.”

“I placed the order on Thursday 11/01/18 at 16:30 - allowing me to opt for ‘next day delievery’ as the order was placed before 5pm. The order was due to arrive on Friday 12/01/18 (next day), I stayed in all day to ensure the parcel was delivered and signed for. The parcel, which I paid an extra £7.00 for to ensure it was here this weekend, has still not arrived and is currently showing as being at the National sorting hub, where it has been sitting there for almost 3 days and counting now - this must mean that it will be a struggle to be delivered for Monday, when nobody is in the house. I am not amused that I have paid for additional next day delivery for nothing, what’s the point in it? - surely I would have been better just getting standard delivery.”

“Easy ordering process. The jacket was tracked and I was kept in touch with the delivery date. The jacket, a weatherTite purple 3in1 is well made. I ordered at 12 to give a little more room but wish I’d stuck to a 10 as the fit is very generous. Lovely colour. Looking forward to a downpour so that I can test it out.”
