“Overall shopping experience was good, speedy delivery and reasonable shipping costs. I want however to return the product and need to find out how to do that. Size of the jacket seems L instead of M.”

“Hi i had two orders of shoes from karrimor, in first order i bought one pair No 10 shoes but it was little bit big so next order was two pair of shoes No 9,5 , i had problem again they are small. I must return them.... the first laber of shoe write UK 9,5 EUR 44 and second write UK 9,5 EUR 43,5 Sorry but something going wrong about numbers specifically 9,5 and 10 Thanks .... papadeas george”

“I love, love love the leather men's Karrimor boots. My first pair lasted me three years! The fit is fantastic. These shoes are the most comfortable I've ever worn. They are worth every penny. And when my new pair that just arrived last week is worn to threads, I'm ordering a new pair. I was only disappointed with the online store. On the day I ordered them there was an extra sale TAKE20. When I clicked on the link to enter the code that page was down and would not load. I was not able to get the discount and customer service would not make an adjustment after the purchase had been made.”

“The delivery was fast but the packet was little bit damaged in which the item was delivered. I like the jacket but not used it yet. The down is little bit coming out from the first day so I am not happy with it.. But hopefully it will keep be warm in extreme weather. The price is low as compared to the quality of the product.”

“Karrimor used to make the best outdoor stuff you could find. I swore by their rucksacks and lightweight boots. The stuff they're selling now is incredible for the price, especially if you grab things in the sale (I mean, the extra sale, not the constant year-round sale) and you can't complain when you buy a pair of reasonable lightweight boots for £20 etc. Some of their stuff is still good quality, but it's knowing how to spot the good from the bad with this company. Never buy just by looking at the spec online - check the product out in the flesh.”

“Received ahead of time and look and feel as good as I hoped. Free gift was smashed into several pieces however which is not a problem as I didn't know there was one and I didn't want a sports direct mug anyway!”

“Poor customer relations. Karrimoor sent me an offer of a further 20% discount if I ordered that day, which I did but the website wouldn't accept the code. I ordered them anyway and immediately asked customer services to refund the discount to my card but they refused.”

“Service was excellent, but when I received the box of boots it was a bit disconcerting to see a sale price on the box well under the price I paid, with a bit of care the sale ticket could have been removed saving my annoyance, still the boots are worth the price I paid”
