“Thanks I really satisfied with karrimor sandals K2, but I really disappointed for shipping, I know is not karrimor fault but is DHL courier, they send my karrimor sandals to different place ( office building ), and receptionist on that building call me and give me address to pick up my sandals. Thank you so much.”

“Excellent quick delivery. My husband was very pleased with boots, the reason for buying them were to keep his feet warm whilst watching football which they did 95%. Unfortunately the gift, the mug, came broken.”

“Amazingly fast delivery I was very impressed! I love Karrimor clothing and rarely wear anything other than Karrimor trousers and fleeces these days. My only disappointment are the zips on my new fleece which catch and do not work properly, I have cut back lots of hanging threads but this has only helped slightly, two of the zips seem to be defective. Such a shame as otherwise I find the quality of the clothing to normally be excellent.”

“I would not order online again as delivery was excellent but the fit of the shoes very poor. I have wide feet but they were very !oose across the front. I imagine they could be faulty. I now have to pay to return them.”

“Hello. I have received the pairs of shoes. Just one pair of them are good for me as a lenght 43. The others are the same 43 lenght wrote on them but really there are little short for me.”

“I've weared and teared my rucksack from Karrimor for more than 20 years. Many trips; interrailing, hiking in Dolomites, Austria, Sarek and other mountains. It has served me well and I've always praised it, Karrimor not beeing so frequent by hiking friends, but more so due to my reference. Last tour, a couple of months ago in Swedish Åre I decided to let it retire. I don't trust the weave, seams for another adventure. It was a Jaguar 65 litres, cerise-cold green-grey. Sad, but memories are bright. So, now I got myself a new one, a munro. I hope it will stay, expectation is high. Though, it is a bit heavy. I go light with all my other equipment, food solutions etc. And my son, just turned 12 got himself an alpine rucksack. He seems happy. And can come along now, in style.”

“So obviously Sports Direct, usual ripped open bags or totally wrong bags, suspect they're all returns, only the trekking poles came in original undamaged packaging. Still T-shirt quality was good for price and the carbon fibre trekking poles were brilliant value for money.”

“Allowing customers to submit queries on their orders is vital. ?Having to use normal contact methods with a 5 day turnaround is useless if there is an issue with the created order.”

“The insoles I have ordered are ok, but are really too thick to replace the ones already in the boots I have. I have two pairs of boots and I wanted to obtain identical replacements for the karrimor insoles already in the boots. The ones I ordered were what seemed to be the closest match, but they are much thicker. Any information you can provide on how to get genuine Karrimor "replacement" insoles would be appreciated.
