“Shoes are great, but my daughter was slightly disappointed at not getting them the next day, which is what she'd paid for. Shoe discount probably made up for this tenfold!”

“Good web based service, prompt delivery, good communication. Buying shoes is sometimes hit and miss with sizing as they vary between manufacturers. karrimor should have a returns policy like many other web businesses (eg Boden and John Lewis ) who include a preprinted label that cover the return postage cost if the item need to be changed. It is much cheaper to do this and cover the postage costs than to have to sell products through retail outlet where retail mark up has to be accounted for.”

“Great website and prompt delivery and tracking and email updates good. Would be helpful to suggest buying walking boots a size bigger than shoe size to allow for walking socks. When I swapped to a bigger size at local store they charged me £10 extra!”

“Trainers excellent. They are slightly more comfortable for moor walking than my previous pair (now 4 years old, and beginning to let the damp in, plus the soles are finally starting to wear out). I walk better with a raised heel, and these are spot on. Only issue was delivery. I checked my email to track delivery first thing of the 3rd morning. I had an email from Vodel telling me parcel and been delivered the previous day & left in a safe place, with a card through the door. Parcel could not be found anywhere, and no card. Later that morning I went onto 'track delivery' rather than just reading email message. That told me delivery was on route! It arrived at 2.30pm. Too confusing.”

“Very pleased with my purchase, however I do wish I had listened to the previous reviews regarding the sizes. Learn from my mistake and order the next size up! I ended up having to return mine and get a bigger size. But they are very comfy and very stylish! The Lilac and Lime ones look so cool! :) I would highly recommend.”

“Online experience was very good. It was easy to shop, to order, and the products were received quickly. But, as with all online purchases, the in store experience is missing. There's nothing Karrimor can really do about things like trying on a product before you buy it, but if anything could improve I would say a chat service where customers could talk with knowledgeable staff would be helpful.”

“Great coat was a bargin' got it in the sale looks stylish, true to size, and very warm... delivery was shocking wasn't impressed at all i paid alot of money for saturday delivery as i was ordering it for my holiday.. i got it delivered to my partners place of work where their is someone present between 9am and 10pm.. i got an email to say there was no one to take the package and a call card had been left.. there was not even an attempt of delivery as my partner played back the cctv and no call card... wont use YODEL again”
