“Great service! Arrived quickly”

“I purchased a karrimor tee shirt online a couple of weeks ago. Still don't have it. I had hoped that the item would have been delivered by Royal Mail. I'm not at home Monday to Friday and did not expect a teeshirt delivery to involve such a complex delivery process. On Saturday I got a calling card from a courier based 40 miles away stating that he had missed me, I have since no success in re-arranging the delivery because yodels online service seems to be rejecting the alternative address that I'm seeking to set up. I'm not sure if or how I will ever receive the teeshirt, as usual with these things, there is no option to just phone up and speak to someone. I'm at the 'lifes too short' point now.”

“Allowing customers to submit queries on their orders is vital. ?Having to use normal contact methods with a 5 day turnaround is useless if there is an issue with the created order.”

Other companies running shorts are just too long and restrict my movement in some of the exercises we perform The Karrimor running shorts I have purchased are perfect for this task, allowing a full range of movement, whilst also being robust enough to handle the rugged training environment I put them through.”

“The insoles I have ordered are ok, but are really too thick to replace the ones already in the boots I have. I have two pairs of boots and I wanted to obtain identical replacements for the karrimor insoles already in the boots. The ones I ordered were what seemed to be the closest match, but they are much thicker. Any information you can provide on how to get genuine Karrimor "replacement" insoles would be appreciated. “Service was good EXCEPT they use Yodel for delivery, you know the guys, they attempt to deliver then will automatically attempt again the next day before taking it to a depot miles away for you to collect. That's OK its not like you PAID to have them delivered, spending money on petrol to collect something that should be delivered is fine isn't it?. At least with the Royal Mail they would end up at your local Post Office for collection, Yodel are just the worst. Nice shoes but buy them in a shop (if you can) because the delivery service is terrible.”

“I want to begin by saying the boots I received were great, just what I was expecting and in good condition. Thank you! Also it was a nice touch to give a free mug, very much appreciated. But the reason for my low score was the delivery of my goods. I was not able to receive my goods on time because my phone details were not given to the courier. Even though I was at home the courier was unable to contact me for assistance on getting to my property. This in turn resulted in 3 days of missed deliveries. None of this would have been an issue if my number would have been available to them. I had to drive up to the depot to receive it in the end where they provided the evidence of no details given. Make sure this is given over so that you have the quick service will be smooth. My only other small quam is the state of the box it arrived in. It was pretty beaten up looking, which makes my think my boots were worn loads of times on strangers feet!! Please make sure you present in good packaging.”
