“I paid extra (£5.99) for next day delivery and made special arrangements to ensure someone was home all day/evening to receive the parcel. The tracking system said delivery was attempted/unsuccessful a calling card was left (no-one called at the house and no card was left). I therefore opted to change (via the tracking site) the address for delivery the following day, to my work address. Despite this, the package was delivered the following evening to the home address (thankfully someone was there to receive it). Hopefully the Post office will do a better job of returning the jacket i ordered, which is too big. Overall a bit disappointed this time - previous experiences have been good.”

“I found the water bottle to be pretty convenient! It's an adjustment to run holding my own water, but necessary on long runs! I would definitely recommend this bottle for runners who don't like wearing the water belts”

“If you need a member of the Royal Marines to test your kit. I am your man. Great value shoes which lasted me 2 years +. So good I bought another pair. My only reservation is that the rubber on the sole is rock hard meaning it lasts forever but the ccompromise is absolutely no grip on wet rocks!”

“for the price, I honestly find Karrimor products unbeatable. I have worn Karrimor trousers for years (the same pair), and ordered several similar pairs of zip off trousers for a foreign hiking trip. the trousers can be quite light, but with thermal undergarments, they cover all seasons.”

“Prices very good but delivery is appauling. Still waiting a week later as Yodel is used and they contract home delivery out to people. My parcel is now stuck in someone's car. Great.”

“If anything service was a bit too good,as I wanted to add another item,but as my order had been processed in a few minutes,I wasn't permitted to ,and a separate order would have had to be raised,attracting a delivery charge. No real criticism,perhaps I shouldn't have had a second look at the site after I had ordered.”
