“Hi, In normaly my polar size is S size other marks. I bought two S size polars from Karrimor. But these polars is big size for me. Also I ordered an item but it canceled for stock problem. It was on stock while I was ordering it. I paid price of canceling item and ? didn't get back my money.”

“Whilst the product was excellent value and quality, the next day delivery, which cost an extra £6.00, because it was important I receive the goods quickly, did not happen. The courier company were extemely difficult to contact and obstructive when i finally managed it. I also had to pay rather a lot for a call to be told that they could not track my order and really could do nothing about it! Shame really.”

“Very good service. Paid for next day delivery and arrived as expected. Bought boots and walking shoes to replace some existing ones. Everything fits as they should. Hopefully they last as long as the ones they replace.”

“I always wore size 9 of Karrimor shoes, so I was confident enough to order a pair online. Unfortunately the shoes could be a little bit bigger (9.5) to fit my feet properly. As I don't live in the UK, return costs would be almost as much as these shoes themselves so it'd be cheaper for me to buy a new pair in a bigger size than to return them for an exchange. This is a really big disappointment in the brand altogether...”

“Good kit, but let down by poor customer service at Sports Direct. One item was delivered with the pricetag showing a price of £9.99 when I paid £17.99. SD Customer service basically said tough... Yes - they are within their rights to do this, but it's pretty poor customer service in my eyes and means that I will be looking to avoid SD next time.”
