“Hi, my name is Arnaud, i m a french customer. I m travelling in à lot of way and need to be sûre of thé quality product when i m in a very engaged trip, in bike, hike or kayaking adventure. I hâve to say that Karrimor is totaly professionnal. Thé invoice are always Quick and well packaged. For thé products, i find thèm so very raisonnable price as thé quality and durability are Excellent. If ta thé end théy are producting in a Ecological réflexion, so i ve just to say to You, béliève them and thé products!”

“The products, price and speed of service is excellent. However, I was unable to input a discount code (for 20% off so not inconsiderable on an order of over £100) when I placed an order. There was no customer service phone number I could contact to speak to someone to rectify the problem. Only an e-mail address from which I received an automated 'we've received your e-mail and will get back to you within 5 days' response. In which time the discount code had expired and I never did receive a reply despite re-emailing. Which is why I've rated 'poor' as there was absolutely no customer service or assistance available for if there are any issues. Other than that, I am happy with my order but would've been even happier if I'd got the £22+ discount I was entitled to.”

“I am very happy with the products and the service delivery. I will defitely buy more! I was a bit afraid with the size guide but luckily everything was ok. I usually wear size 12, I ordered those trousers in size 14 because I wanted them comfortable and they fit just great!”

“The delivery was good. Although i tried to break the boots in for the day before I left for skiing, unfortunately the boot on my left foot rubbed my ankle quite a lot and it made walking painful”

“easy to place the order and delivery was prompt. one item could not be sourced definitely did not want free gift of a large sports direct mug! I am new to online ordering and this is an encouraging start”
