“I ordered 4 Karrimor knit run hats51. 2x fluorescent, 765227/13 /000, and 2x black,765227/03/000, I only received 3 of them. One of the black hat's is missing from my order. I emailed customer service on Monday 11/01/2015 when the hat's arrived, and told them that one of the hat's is missing from my order. I'm still waiting for a reply from my email about the missing item to my order. Derek”

“Karrimor used to make the best outdoor stuff you could find. I swore by their rucksacks and lightweight boots. The stuff they're selling now is incredible for the price, especially if you grab things in the sale (I mean, the extra sale, not the constant year-round sale) and you can't complain when you buy a pair of reasonable lightweight boots for £20 etc. Some of their stuff is still good quality, but it's knowing how to spot the good from the bad with this company. Never buy just by looking at the spec online - check the product out in the flesh.”

“I thought I was ordering from karrimor and not sports direct. When my order arrived they had charged me for the boots I had ordered and the picture on the box was of the correct boots but the boots in the box were the wrong ones which are actually £15 cheaper. Now I'm waiting for sports direct to answer my email about how I can return the boots for an exchange without me having to pay for the return postage as this error wasn't my fault.”

“A TAKE20 coupon was available when I placed my order but the system would not take the coupon other than this I had no problems but I found the whole ordeal frustrating trying to use the cupon.”

“I placed my order on Thursday morning and my delivery arrived on Saturday which was really quick. However, I ordered a 3 in 1 waterproof jacket, but only received the inner fleece - the outer jacket was missing. I immediately emailed Sports Direct, who sent the order, and on Monday received a reply to say that I had to send the fleece back so that they can send me the correct item. I don't know now if I will receive the jacket I wanted as they were low in stock to begin with. I think this could be more a fault of Sports Direct rather than Karrimor. I have been very happy with Karrimor products in the past and will buy them in the future.”

“The servise you have provided was really good. In Turkey we use europe shoes sizes, I think your shoe sizes are little bit small. So shoes did not fit me. That is all”
