“Service was excellent, but when I received the box of boots it was a bit disconcerting to see a sale price on the box well under the price I paid, with a bit of care the sale ticket could have been removed saving my annoyance, still the boots are worth the price I paid”

“I purchased walking sandals in the sale, fantastic bargain, very comy and lightweight.so looking forward to wearing them when walking in New Zealand. The lightweight rucksack is amazing, so much can be fitted into it. Thank you”

“Ticked all the boxed for me. Warm, wind proof, waterproof, non bulky, slightly longer at the back. Great value all round practical coat without looking like you should be off hiking or camping. Highly recommend”

“I paid 6 pounds for 48 hour delivery but the package took 3 days and when it arrived, the coat inside had an electronic tag on it, so that I had to take it back to a Sports Direct shop to have the tag removed.”

“Purchased a pair of prime mid walking boots very good product but my experience with the Karrimor web site was very frustrating having received an invitation by email to enjoy a 20% discount and followed all appropriate links no discount could be. Applied and no means of contacting sports direct would work ie no phone number no contact form available if offering a discount why make it so difficult to obtain ? Still they really are good boots so man up sports direct and give me the discount !!”

“Have some disappointments a about the discount from 20% for orders during the end of december and first of januari. I had made the order at the first of januari local time 22:57. And I couldn't add the discount code in the order. I made at the same time a mail with that announcement that I couldn't add the code. Now I received a mail that you can't give the discount anymore. For me it's strange that a organisation like yours couldn't' arrange that anymore. Now one of the shirts has a worn stitch and to send this back is not affordable regarding the price. So if you can arrange the discount anyhow I am satisfied with that sollution. Regards Ferry Willemsen”

“Ordered these boots (Mens KSB 250's) at around 3pm on the Sunday right after New Year and they arrived around 3pm the next day. That's pretty good service. Oh, and the boots are great. I had a pair of their predecessors (the Boulders) and wore them constantly for nearly three years until the soles wore out (the uppers are still in good nick). Not bad for a pair of 34 quid footwear. These new ones are just as comfy. Will probably get another pair to store away. Also the soles on these seem to last a lot longer than the Vibram soles.”

“The Offer code wasn't requested at checkout so I had to contact help desk to get the discount. that was fine, but when my jacket arrived there was NO inner lining. i am still waiting for customer services to reply to my email asking if the lining can be sent to me. Very disappointed.”
