“I have worn Karrimor trainers for over three years and have used a pair a year. I normally get them from TK MAX, but on this occasion I got an email from Karrimor ( that was actually from Sports Direct) offering product in the one day new year sale. As they were having a sale I thought I could save a few pounds so ordered a pair of trainers. I was offered a 10% discount for ordering on the that day. The first problem that using the Samsung tablet I own I found there was nowhere to add the discount code I had been given so didn't get the discount. I did email them about this, which was difficult from the site as every option, bar one, just gave a FAQ answer and no email option, however I got no response from the mail I sent. When the trainers arrived it was unfortunate that they did not fit. That was no fault of Karrimor just that I have wide feet and they were a narrow fitting. I then found that I had to pay for the return postage, signed for, which cost around £4. This means I ended up with no trainers at a cost of £4. Not quite the bargain I anticipated.”

“Excellent quality gear from Karrimor that's why I have been buying from them for years. Recently I have bought 2 bivi bags -lite and a pair of KSB Kinder boots and I am very happy with them. Plus when I opened the box ,inside I found a free mug was enclose ,it was so unexpected and a nice surprise.Sports Direct got my items to me super quick and I thank you very much for your great service . “The product is good. I just cannot find how or where to attach my walking pole. The delivery time is exellent, but I have to pay £12 more when I receive the package. Just a bit upset for that. Keep inform me for dicount product, me and my friends still looking for several outdoor gear. Thank you.”

“The order was delivered efficiently, but the running shirst (which were described on line as being baselayers and including 15% elastane, were in fact loose fitting and 100% polyester. Ithey were at least cheap, and not worth the trouble returning them.”

“Service very good up to now.Was very disappointed the item didn't fit.I have exactly the same coat in the same size which I bought last year.I was so pleased with it which is why I wanted another one.The cut of the coat seems to be different.Have returned the item at my own expense and reordered the next size.Hopefully when it arrives it will be ok,as if I have to return again will prove to be an expensive experience.”
