“Received ahead of time and look and feel as good as I hoped. Free gift was smashed into several pieces however which is not a problem as I didn't know there was one and I didn't want a sports direct mug anyway!”

“Karrimor's policies regarding a 24 hr change are problematic. Not only am I going to receive 2 pairs of pants which are the wrong colour, which I noticed within 24 hours and tried to change without success, they failed to let me know about customs and tax charges on my end in Canada ($24.00), I would have appreciated knowing this. I very much like their products and will continue enjoying them but these 2 points are important to customers and we need to be advised before clicking on our orders. Thank you.”

“The Karrimor Mountain Hat is a brilliant bit of kit. It is warm and waterproof, fits snugly and it's ear flaps stay in place during strong winds. I am a tree surgeon, a forester and hill walker and this hat has already proved invaluable during the recent snow and wet and windy conditions; especially when working at height. I wear it under my chainsaw climbing helmet. Well done guys! Delivery was also quick and faultless. Thank-you!”

“Poor customer relations. Karrimoor sent me an offer of a further 20% discount if I ordered that day, which I did but the website wouldn't accept the code. I ordered them anyway and immediately asked customer services to refund the discount to my card but they refused.”

“Amazed at the good delivery. The small first aid kit was a good price before discounting and there was enough room in it to add more kit. Some retailers sell equivalents at 3 times the price. The stove wind shields I'd bought before and these prices beat all the outdoor retailers and were as good a quality as any. People are just snobby about brand names and hopefully Karrimor will get back to being No 1.”
