“I was rather hesitant in buying any Karrimor product, due to the bad online reviews and general negativity to anything owned by Mike Ashley. However the pioneer jacket is manufactured in event fabric, with YKK zips. The quality is every bit as good as any of my other jackets from Berghaus, North Face and Jack Wolfskin. I am more than impressed and would definitely consider Karrimor products in the future, so-long as they continue to use branded fabrics such as event and Gore-Tex. William”

“Oreded a pair of Karrimor slide sandals on Friday - received the sandals on the Monday. Excellent service. Quality of sandals is very good, and they compliment my other Karrimor walking boots.”

“The Karrimor Stelvio boots I ordered on a Sunday afternoon arrived next day (Mon) as scheduled. The boots themselves are superbly constructed with a a very grippy Vibram sole unit that copes well with even ice and wet rock. They are torsionally firm and very supportive of the whole foot, particularly the ankle, without being restrictive. A highly recommended boot for lower level trekking and walking and a highly recommended company to deal with.”

“Product arrived quite quick although the customer service is practically non existent. I had an issue with one item and the only way you can contact Karrimor is by Email. No good - you need to be able to talk to someone when discussing problems.”

“As a review of the goods, I've yet to try anything enough to have a comment. As a review of Karrimor (i.e. Sports Direct): I chose (as I am out at work all week) the 'Saturday Delivery' option from the choices, at £3.00 more than the standard delivery. Sports Direct then chose to send the items on a 'Next Day' delivery (£1 cheaper than the Saturday delivery, but for delivery on a Friday - when I'm not in) by Yodel, who would have (and did) deliver the goods on a Saturday - for the price of the standard delivery option. I know that this is cheap sports wear but I think that someone is trying to pull the wool as far as delivery is concerned.”

“I ordered size 5 sandals and when they arrived one was indeed a size 5 and the other was a size 4! It was an urgent order and I paid opted to lay £6.99 for next day delivery. It was then not possible to place a further order as they were needed that day. I hope to get a better service with the refund due.”

“Dear Friends, you´ve prepared me, but mainly my dear wife nice surprise, while the ordered jacket has the right size, great materials and sewing, all is very fine done from you. But only small notice to PET over package, which came dirty, fortunately was the package not bursted. But your own PET sachet, in which was jacket, was from both sides opened, not closed. But in the comparison of realy very good price and utility is the jacket great. Once again great THANK YOU, now mustn´t be my wife worry from rain on our repeated HONEY MOON after 40 years to Italy in April, in which time we can await rain too ...
