“Only problem the leggings for run are long, not my size, though M fits me -but not in Karrimor case. Can I change it for a smaller one? Everything was good and quick. Thanks”

“I ordered and paid for two pair of shoes and only received one pair ( the mens). Package was slit open when received from Hermes and only one box containing the mens shoes were inside. Still awaiting the ladies walking shoes !”

“I'm very happy with the jacket quality. The only annoying thing was the sizing I tried on almost same jacket in sports direct and the medium was really tight But the large was perfect but I wasn't to keen on the two colour of blue combination. So I looked online at Karrimor and picked single blue colour. And as the same stile was Good fit in shop I went for large. Only to find this one a lot bigger fit! And I see on website Medium have now all gone, very frustrating, so just going to keep jacket as really like the look and quality.”

“The box the shoes arrived in was disgraceful and shouldn't have been allowed to leave the depot in such a state. The 'box' was damaged and fell apart on opening, not to mention the rubbish which was inside. I bought this as a gift and because of the state of the box, I am unable to present them in the original box, so not happy about that. On a more positive note I was happy with the quick delivery and being kept up to date on the delivery progress.”
