“I live in France,I ordered through internet. Everything went smooth with my order. I received the goods in a reasonable delay ( 8 days) with the postal service. It is the second time I order directly at Karrimor and I am extremely satisfied with the service and of course with the quality of the products they offer at reasonable cost. I discovered Karrimor during a visit to London, and I strongly recommend Karrimor.”

“Hello! Some items are ok, some are not. The flip-flops are too large in width. About delivery: London - Buchrest 2600 km - 5 days, Bucharest - Brasov 180 km - 5 days!! (DHL Romania... :-( ) About Voucher: Your offer on www.karrimor.com was 10 GBP for every 50 GBP spend, I Spend 330,40 GBP and i received 40 GBP voucher. Rachel from customer services said something about Therms and condition on www.sportsdirect.com. But I order on www.Karrimor.com I think something is not fair. Good finishes, nice presentation, but cheap fabrics and medium quality. Have a nice day! Horia Stanescu”

“The zip broke first time doing up the coat. You would expect a showing list price of £200 even discounted down to £70 a little better quality. Off to spend the more now on a better quality coat.”

“Orderd this item 3 times, twice through sports direct and once through yourselves and each time wrong item delivered.. item should be a navy fleece with blue edging but kept recieving a navy fleece with pink edging, item order needs to be corrected. However communitaction was excellent and very fast delivery and no problem in recieving a refund.”
