“Coat ordered was great quality and value for money. Only problem was with the delivery. Parcel thrown through gate & left in middle of the path. Pouring down with rain, delivery man could not be bothered to ring door bell, I was at home so if he had rang bell and got no answer he would have left parcel at front door under the eves where it would have been protected against rain. 5 star product 0 star delivery.”

“The parcel when arrived was taped up due to a large hole in the box. when I opened the box one of the stoppers was missing from the pole. I'm going to have to send them back for a replacement. Jill Mills”

“My husbands feet are size 14. Here in Finland is quite impossible to find that sized shoes. I have ordered Karrimors from Amazon.com earlier and they have been perfect. Now I couldn't order they from there cause any store didn't deliver to Finland anymore... So, I found You! I don't know what kind of stargate You use, but I ordered on Tuesday and my package was in my hands on Thursday evening... And those shoes... They didn't let us down once again. :) I am so gonna be Your customer from now on. Thank You!”

“I often buy Karrimor fitness and clothing products and on this occasion I purchased Karrimor Pace Tr 3 Sn72 Black/Charcoal, my 6th pair of trail type trainers but the first time I have used Karrimor direct. The communications were excellent regarding delivery, I got a very good price and the mid range product is as good as much more expensive brands. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and the service.”

“I order a parcel, and I never received it. I struggle to get in touch we someone to tell me whats happen. Hermes suppose to do the delivery, and they say "If you are enquiring about a parcel you ordered from an online retailer, please contact them directly." And when I try to contact sport directe they say "This mailbox is not monitored." The If I try to call for SD customer services they charge me, and I have to wait.... I am seriously upset, the first bag I order arrived, and everything was ok. Order reference number: KARR40000031844512. Deliver by Hermes number 1194335014751880”
