“Ordering process was simple - ordered three pairs of outdoor trousers on sale. I had international shipping, which was remarkably quick and fuss free. Tracking information provided throughout and delivery was on time (less than a week from UK to US!). Products were high quality and as described - I'm delighted with the whole shopping experience, honestly.”

“The parcel did not arrive. Unable to speak to anyone about it. Sports direct customer service does not exist I am sure, as the phone was always disconnected before anyone answered. If it that busy then I can only assume everyone else must have been having problems! And I could not get anywhere with the courier company. A total disgrace. It was a christmas present that was over £75 so not an insignificant amount. Online buying was easy it was after that it fell apart. Customer service is non existent. I am starting a dispute case against them.”

“The Alpine 45 rucksack I just bought is a replacement for my Hot Route 45, which I bought in 1986 to do a mountain marathon. Although the Hot Route is still useable, it has seen better days, and doesn't look as good as it once did. I think the fact that it has served me well for 30 years on six continents tells you all you need to know about the quality of the product! As far as service in sending the new rucksack, everything went well, and I hope that it lasts as well as the one it is replacing!”
