“Hermes have said that they tried to deliver my parcel, when they were 2 people in the house. They say this when they cant find the house. I have tried to cancel my order you wont let me I have tried to change the delivery address and you wont let me. I have no faith that my rucksack will arrive before Christmas. Your customer service is zero”

“Once I ordered your item I paid straight away for next day delivery. I was giving a tracking number for your courier Hermes and since then I have not received my item. I am angry not only because I haven't received the item but because I have paid £7.99 on top of the item for next day delivery. And the courier nor the company Karrimor has a contact number. I'm furious and all I want is my item. Get back to me ASAP.”

“Very happy with product. But very disappointed with delivery. Ordered it Thursday for 6.99 next day delivery and didn't arrive until Saturday afternoon. Wouldn't of paid the extra for next day.”
