“Hermes tracking out for delivery 21st Dec, I waited in all day item was not delivered. I checked Hermes tracking in the evening which stated delivery attempted 16.58. No such attempt was made as I checked on my CCTV”

“Wasn't expecting much from this bargain basement brand and Karrimor didn't let me down. Couldn't open a pocket as the zip was sown to the edging and the pockets are too small to get even the smallest of hands in. It's going back. Collected it from sports direct who's staff couldn't be less useful if the tried”

“I’m coming from Kosovo. Each time I purchase your products I have to wait more than a month in order to get it! Unfortunately, your company does not ship its products to here!!! Therefore I have to purchase them on somebody’s name in different country (check records of my profile) and to wait for certain time until I got the items! It is very unfair to your current costumers, bearing in mind that DHL has hundreds of their offices throughout Kosovo. There are also several other delivery companies functioning here. I am sure that many people would be very interested to purchase your products, if they would have the chance to order them under their address. There are many other UK companies who are shipping goods/products directly to Kosovo without any problem, just check with ASOS and see how many costumers they actually have in here. I hope you will seriously consider this suggestion and expand you market throughout Kosovo and stop “discriminating” (hahahahaha) admires of your products. Looking forward to positive answer from your side.”
