“Great quality and service as usual. However I ordered a pair of size 9 running shoes for myself and a pair of size 11 for my partner. This is the size we take for ordinary shoes, Doc Martens etc. On arrival I found the 9s far too small and the 11s just right. My partner could not get his foot in the 11s. As you do not make anything bigger than a size 12, I am keeping the 11s for myself and will return the 9s for a refund. This is a great shame as the shoes are just what we were looking for. I suggest that you have a review of your sizing policy, but this will not stop me shopping with Karrimor in the future.”

“It was with a sense of some unease that I had to look for a replacement for my trusty Karrimor Kodiak which finally died after years of punishing service. I decided to get an Urban, but was doubtful that it would be as good. But I have to say that it's even better than the Kodiak. Karrimor have done an excellent job with the design and I couldn't be happier with it!”

“Haven't received goods yet! No indication of when to expect to be able to collect order. Had wanted ito for Christmas. Not happy that I had to pay to return goods for exchange and that there was no opportunity to return to store. (Relieved that the different size was suitable)”
